Media Gateway
Ken Media Gateway solution provides full-featured call control and deployed as a standalone node, delivering all voice services required by the network service providers via any fixed access and at any terminal through IP communication. The gateway towards the subscriber is called the Line Media Gateway (LMG) and the gateway towards the PSTN is called the Trunk Media Gateway (TMG).

Power Plant
Softswitch is the next generation voice and multimedia switch based on the IP technologies. Softswitch technology enables connectivity between the Internet, wireless networks, cable networks and traditional wireline telephony network, which results a converged network. It is design to replace the Class 5 and Class 4 switches based on the circuit switching technologies.
Fxs/o Gateway
FXx Gateway is the interface for FXO and FXS terminations. FXO provides the central office junctor termination while FXS for Plain Old Telephone (POT). FXx provides the appropriate signaling and speech conversions. FXx has POT terminating capacity of 2 to 30.
SIP Phone
SIP is the most popular Voice over IP (VoIP) standard. SIP enables two or more people to make phone calls to each other using the Internet to carry the call. SIPphone is a SIP service. We combine all the elements necessary to provide a simple, super-inexpensive and high quality experience.
Inter IP PBX Server
• UCS2000 supports inter office communication through Internet or any other broadband network.
• The UCS2000 installed in both offices communicate between themselves and establish the call.
• The two offices can be anywhere in the world.
• Any extension in one office can talk to any extension in the other office.
• Only restriction is extensions can not contact the exchange line (CO) of the other office as per legal condition.

• Un-answered call will be answered by the Voicemail.

Conference Bridge
Nicheken’s Conference Bridge is the equipment, which is used for allowing three or more people to communicate with each other at the same time. It is used for establishing conferences on phone as it allows a number of people to communicate with each other at the same time. A teleconference bridge connects multiple incoming lines so as to have a number of people connected together, and so, it's used for establishing audio conferences and also for conducting meetings and seminars. It consists of powerful Speech Engine, EMS to make conference simpler.
Announcement Server
NicheKen’s Announcement Server belongs to the family of Media server. It provides multi-language announcements.Announcement server provides basic IVRS capability to the network. Announcement server can work with two Softswitch to ensure fail-safe switch over.
Soft Switch
NicheKen’s IP PBX SoftSwitch is also called, as Embedded Call Controller is also known as ECC. ECC is the intelligent node in the entire network. ECC provides all call management features.ECC has rich features currently. However any user specific feature can be also be implemented.
